    If thou examinest somebody who has mucus and [?], his belly is hard therefore and he suffers from his stomach, then his mucus is in his belly and doesn't find the path of exit. Furthermore there is no path through which they can exit. Then they rot in his belly as they cannot exit and turn into vermin. Then they'll become vermin completely and (later) turn into dead matter inside him. If they are excreted by him, he will be better immediately.
    If he does not excrete them as vermin, then thou shalt prepare for him remedies for excretion so he will become better immediately.
